Congratulations on Your Admission!
Congratulations on your admission to the university! And if you’re a resident on campus or its environs, double congratulations!
Once you’ve gained admission, you may start wondering, ‘what do I need to take to school?’ ‘Is it like SHS?’ ‘Are there prescribed things I need to take along to the university?’ And the likes.
If you have older siblings, you may already know these things. But if you don’t, there’s no need to worry! After reading this article, you’ll get an idea of what you need to take to the university. Let’s dive in!
Things to Bring to the University as a Freshman
Some of the things you’ll take to the university are similar to what you took to SHS. It’s just flexible this time around, and you have room to take a lot of things along—it’s per your discretion, interests, and what you can afford, really.
Below are 8 broad categories–room, clothes, important documents, bathroom, first aid kit, studying, kitchen, and food–with lists of items you’ll need to take to the university.
Mind you, this checklist is not entirely exhaustive, and some are optional, so you can always add up or subtract to suit your needs.
